Lifesize was a startup which had developed a microphone array technology allowing clearer voice pickup, and algorithms allowing HD reproduction of sound for use in
teleconferencing. These technologies were developed and commercialized for use in Lifesize's videoconferencing and teleconferencing products.
Lifesize was
purchased by Logitech in late 2009.
